Sandunga’s objective is to contribute to the preservation of artisanal culture in Mexico, buying handicraft products directly from the artisan, paying a fair price and providing ideas for improving design and adapting the products to the taste of the European public. I am the founder and owner of Sandunga Mexican Handicraft. I live in Amsterdam, the city I love, because of its freedom and cultural diversity and openness. I was born in Puebla, a bit south of the centre of Mexico, near Mexico City. My father was from Oaxaca, one of the most culturally diverse states of the country, with an important indigenous population. The richness of its traditions can be found in its delicious food, but also in the beautiful handicrafts. Nevertheless, it may happen that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge. Complaints It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing sandungahandicraft@gmail.com. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. If you return the entire order, the full order amount including any shipping costs will be credited to you. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop will be charged to the customer. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel; for the exact rates, please consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging.
